Awesome! Let us know how you like it? Honestly the diameter from the picture looks almost the same to me. Let me know if it makes a difference

It was simple, which surprised me it took over two years of people asking before someone did it.

    wanna be mods
Knocked out a bunch of lighting stuff, including some MESO items I had on the garage shelf.

Utilized TW's own DIR and brake light tap harnesses while installing MESOs Total Tail Lights - Stage 1. DIR is legit 20210819_221519.jpg

Also found the Ultimate Turn Signals while cleaning out some boxes from the garage, so I threw them on, too. 20210819_193446.jpg

I recently did the same but added Velcro to the console to mount it a little higher.

Curious- Does the console interfere with unholstering when/if you need to draw quickly? It seems like it would be too close to the center console and thusly be in the way of getting your hand around the grip- which is why I have yet to do this and instead keep it on my person.

I haven't had to draw it from there but while sitting in my truck is is just as easy reaching through the seat belt to pull it out of my waist band.

I had to take my MESO lights out at my wife's "suggestion." She was tired of being blinded and having to wear sunscreen when riding with me! I now have red and white sets sitting in a box. :pout:

Desert does it seat jackers and a cheaper version of the Pop N Lock. Should have been the first things I done.

Just installed mine today. The input is larger but the output part that fits onto the airbox is the same. This is determined by the fixed hole in the inner fender.

My other Toyota had so much corrosion on the positive terminal that in 4 years, the terminal came off from vibration because there was no more material to hold the terminal. It wasn't hard or expensive to replace, but I immediately cleaned up and treated my Tacoma battery terminal. I should've paid more attention to that toyota and took it in for a warranty. Oh well.

I was sure my RN wife's head was going to explode when I used super glue on a cut.

The testimonies/reviews are what sold me on upgrading. In fairness, weather cooled down here right after they were installed so tough to really evaluate the difference, but I love the tint already. Surprised how much I prefer looking out my windows now. Zero regrets on the upgrade.

That's what it was made for! My wife and I just had some surgeries, mine minor, hers very major, and they used the glue instead of stitches or staples.
