The dual battery setup from OffGrid Engineering allows me to basically just keep the panel "on" all the time without worry.

The positive pressure system works for me. I have dogs… they approve.

The positive pressure for instance pushes all of the Husky hair to the back of the truck and dust is pushed out for the most part.

    That’s my 2 cents.

All depends on what model and where you order from.

Could you add spacers and longer mounting bolts?

These are a lower mount. But the other mount is only a 1/2” taller at most. Gonna remount that and try it but idk if that will make a difference it’s gotta a long ways to open.

so I had it all mounted with the left mount. I bought the rack used and it had both sets so I tried the lower first. I will try the taller. I just had read somewhere people used the lower

Also, I apologize if this has been mentioned Already. But on my evo adventure. The front is 40 1/4 inches wide center of the track bar to center. Then about 38” at the rear. Tapered track bars?

I have a prinsu rack on mine with the standard mounting feet. I put fender trim on the prinsu to protect the doors when it hits. It's been fine so far.

Yes, even with the standard feet it hots as well but just barley. Doesn't bother me and the doors still open up plenty for me.

I’ll definitely try the standard feet Tomorrow instead and see how it does. I am wondering if it’s gonna hit either way to just use the lower lol. Sitting here thinking I am also wondering if maybe shorter gas struts would be an easy fix as well

Correct. The front of the cap is wider than the rear. So it is tapered.
