    Anyone on here have a turbo on there Tacoma? If so how do you like it! do you guys think it'd be worth it and how much would it cost to do a basic setup. thank you

    Not many people on TW that I have seen have a turbo on a 4.0. But check out x-runnerunderground. As I have heard the 1gr-fe and turbos turn into blown motors, but check it out for yourself.

    its definitely worth the money if you get a good deal on it, if you do it right you can have it done for under 3500 and under 3k in the best case. I love the thing, it keeps your warrenty, I know your out of it but still that speaks for its self.

    I have the 2005-2009 squires single blower sts kit which includes the following:
    • Turbo
    • Wastegate
    • Air filter and Dry Charger
    • Turbo Oiling System
    • HPC coated intake tubing
    • HPC coated exhaust tubing
    • Electrical harness
    • Silicone connectors, clamps and fittings
    • Return oil cap
    • Full color, step-by-step instruction manual
    • 1 year limited parts warranty
    • snorkel kit
    Price paid: $4560

    Horsepower gains 40-55% over stock depending on tuning
    mine is rated at 52%

    therefore im pushing

    about 359 horse there

    add racing dynamics chip +15 hp

    and air intake +9 hp

    =TOTAL of 383hp
