Pedal commander doesn't give you more HP or torque. It just tells the engine that you're flooring it every time you touch the pedal.

Yeah pedal commander no good. Ecu tune better than that. I'm not trying to make my truck into a dragster it has a 6 inch suspension lift with 33s so it's heavy already. I'm probably going to buy or build a better tranny. Appreciate all yalls responses I'm looking into everything yall suggested.

@shyne85 It looks like you viewed the linked thread...

Do you have any other engine mods or is everything stock EXCEPT the Magnuson supercharger?

Do you have the TRD ECU tune or do you have a bully dog tuner?

Stock internals. Just the full bolt ons bigger injectors bigger radiator gears and full exhaust headers high flow catalytic converters. Bully dog ecu tune dropped like 17k on it already lol. First world problems

I also run almost exclusively 90 non-ethanol. The gas station by my house carries it and it's priced competitive to premium.

I won't go so far as to say I notice any major performance improvement, but the 4.0 does seem to like it better and get slightly better mileage. The mileage gained versus the cost is prolly a wash compared to regular e10 89 Octane.

    17k, wow.
So a drop in the proverbial bucket would be to get the h*** off Bully Dog tune ASAP.
@kasnerd (I think) just switched over to HP Tuners, which we have great support here, and our in-house expert @JustDSM :

Look up the 4.0 s/c tips and tricks thread. That will have all your answers but smaller pulley, fuel pump, headers, tune and a few other things

Let it breath, get your heads port and polished, then headers to get the most from your SC. Finally top it off with a Bully dog GT Tuner.

    pinstripes. lots of pinstripes.
Ethanol free good for mileage, bad for boosted applications. Switch to E85 and crank the boost.

Built, given the type of sleeves in the block and the mains your start having block issues I thought, beyond that just flow issues.
