What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Felt bored and crafty, decided to make a custom shift knob. For any scotch lovers out there, the head is made from the cork on a bottle of Johnnie Walker George V.

 

Added some Greyman Tactical molle panels for extra front door storage. Not too hard but requires removing some of the support foam inside the door.

 

Thanks for the suggestion but I'm trying a dealership up here who may be able to get them for me. If not this may be my next move!

What really peeves me off is how all you guys pics look so good & mine looks like crap. I have an iphone 11 but the pics are nowhere near as clear as the rest of them on this site. Gotta figure that out???

 

Dont have pics right now but I found a super nice set of radio knobs from Etsy. They're the nice anodized ones too. I put in a pre order for the radio knobs from AJT so it could match mu chrome delete set

 

12v / USB ports installed in bed…

 

Mustered up the energy to put in my Toyota tailgate power lock kit that’s been sitting in the garage for two weeks.

Easy but annoying install, lots of falling dirt in my eyes zip tying everything up

 

It’s all part of the modding fun eh??

Thanks! It wasn’t easy because I had to wire those things behind the bed. Their held on place by a threaded ring. Then you have to wire all three up to the spade connectors back there. Real pain in the a$$! Glad I finally got it hooked up though. Should be helpful.

 

Yeah I looked at that and thought super cool but no way I’m going to figure out or have the patience to do that haha

Yea, luckily there’s that storage bin that’s just below it. I was able to get to the wires that way but still a challenge to do being they all have to be wired up to each other.
