Joking, dude; All this has taught me is that if position my truck in front of my place of employment for a photo op, I'm gonna make sure nothing saying "NO PARKING" appears in the photo! :D

What you don't see in the photo are two of my coworkers standing on the sidewalk and admiring my truck: I was parked there for like ten minutes, and this is on sparsely traveled private property as opposed to in front of a grocery store or something...

People actually thought that I purposely parking like an asshole, I was starting to lose my patience, and I had it removed; I didn't really want it removed, but I was getting sick of people who don't know me or the story of why my truck was parked how and where it was (for the photos)... :(

Actually Bill, it wasn't you; You were joking. Members who don't know me were starting to accuse me of actually purposely parking like an asshole and it pissed me off; I'm sorry :sorry:

Bill was just joking with me, but other people thought it was a picture of some random Tacoma he saw in a fire lane and photographed himself, and someone also made a comment about the decals being uneven; I started to get annoyed by that.

I am going through some shit in my life right now that has absolutely nothing to do with TacomaWorld; A good portion of it has to do with a girl from high school, who I reconnected with and got into bed with before I realized she had significant mental problems that didn't manifest themselves until after I started seeing her...

That one is totally my fault, but I'm still kinda reeling from the whole situation and as a result it is still kinda fresh in my mind.

Anyway, the last thing I was expecting to see while enjoying my morning coffee was my truck that I worked very hard to decorate for Halloween being roasted.

Many members of TW know that I have a high-functioning form of autism called Aspergers Syndrome, and this results in me having a hard time picking up on certain situations sometimes. I've gotten a lot better in the last five years, but I still don't always respond well to being the butt of jokes and I lash out; I apologize for this. TW for life!
    :):D:thumbsup:

Reminds me of the time I took my mom wine tasting in her car. Luckily no contact or I’d never hear the end of it.

You're doing community service, keep it up.

Left my work meeting a couple of years ago in the city (onstreet parking, we meet at one of the sponsors in the back room) and some jerk not only parked so close to my rear bumper I had to look for marks but was on the crosswalk in doing so. Called the police and the officer wrote a ticket..said "not sure what we can do about the vehicle". My reply (politely) was "IDK, call a tow truck and have it pulled? They're blocking the crosswalk AND curb cut (handicapped safety issue), plus I have an hour drive home and an ill parent to care for. A couple of minutes later 2 young people walk up and get all mad about why they got a ticket to the cop..no apology no nothing. Jerks

People need to chill. It took me .01 seconds to get what was going on and see it was cool. If someone is getting pissed about that picture I can’t imagine how they are living the rest of their life reacting to real problems that come up in everyday activities.

Takes more energy to be pissed and negative than laugh or just move on.

I swear some of these are just bad parkers, because I see myself doing a lot of the same things.

Typical modern youth -- they were so eager to get a job they couldn't park properly as they rushed into Staffing.

If that is the case then I hope the car will not be there when they come out to teach them a lesson.
