Went to the local store and, of course, they were all sold out. In fact, they were sold out of a lot; bare and empty shelves throughout.

Ships being held at the ports are no doubt the cause. Moving on.

Placed the order online in the store and it should be here before next weekend. I ordered the pro eagle extension as well. Going to swap everything over and test it out. This will be more so for pavement in the event that I need it. Lightweight and less sketchy than a hi-lift (on pavement).

There's a lot of good information in that thread so modifying it for both pavement and offroad applications will be fun.

Not sure if I want to spend that money for 2 sets, but I'm liking the pink or the neochrome.....

 

Pink and gold? Hmm not sure about that.. mine are the black chrome. Ive had them for a few years. Its also good to know that i have 13 spares

It was satire. Simply a joke that now that I have coilovers and going with non-black steel wheels, I'm feeling super hot boii JDM. And the open ended lugs accentuates that feeling lol

I have some lugnuts someone gave me that should work. I will have to see.

 

Highly recommend that mod when it comes back in stock.

 

I was able to order it online, ship it to my house and I hope to have it before the weekend to get everything setup.

 

The trick is to reuse the HF center pin, not the PE one. Something that the thread you linked glossed over.

 

I think one of your posts mentioned that and that it takes 2 minutes with the proper washer to take up the extra slack.

Can you confirm, @Gunshot-6A ?

 

Yes, you need the PE base pad to mount the extension. You will reuse the HF center mounting pin and take up the slack with the washer in my writeup.

Now you've got me interested...so with your setup, what the total lift height you get with the pro eagle 8in extension on the HF low pro jack?

I just happened to see the HF low pro long reach jack vs. going this route.
