OEM LED Headlight Conversion Harness

Oh, and a quick note to anyone buying these right now. I have solid inventory on the no-grille-lights and I can make the grille light tap version without too much trouble, probably while blindfolded.

However, I'm oddly out of the fender clips. I have 100 on order but I'm not holding up orders b/c of those little things as they are dirt cheap. I've had good luck with the generic ones. If you need a set you can find them from the dealer or eBay or Amazon or likely several other places. I do like to include them, though, because it's one more thing I can buy in bulk and distribute in small doses which is then one less thing to worry about.

Hopefully that makes an ounce of sense?

 

And, fender clips are in stock now too. TLDR, I have very good inventory on these now and can ship promptly. All the wait and backlog has been resolved.

 

Hi Dave, Ive just ordered my 22 Sport here in Canada. Late Dec delivery I'm told roughly. Just the Ltd and Pro have this Led package only. Definitely want to upgrade to oem LEDs. Saw that your the man to deal with. From your openness and availability to guide a help is a valuable asset. Dave I'm looking to getting heads fogs tails the whole led offered package done on my 22 sport. Have you had any Canadian customers yet? Was wondering if you would or can sell internationally. Yes, I ship to Canada. It’s an extra $10 as noted in the order form. I have a bunch of these ready to send, though I am presently hauling horses and won’t be home until Tuesday night. So I’ll ship orders on Wednesday morning.

We are on a thanksgiving long weekend up here right now. I'll locate a set of led heads and get back to you asap. Just to make sure, there shouldn't be any difference from pro and Ltd HL right? My 22 will be MGM. They look great on your ride! Looking for that model of light, blacked out too looks great. Are they called Limited or Pro? Don't want the pro badged ones on my sport. Do you have part #'s. Where do you lo ate them? And how were they price? I'm seeing prices all over the place. Cheers Al

Finding them at a price you like is part of the rite of passage. The second part is doing the installation.

 

I run total tail stage 1. The MESO taillights are open for preorder too. Both options do not require additional parts, the total tail is effectively a harness and bulbs.

I lucked out and found sets of 2010 Ltd with sequential headlights and blacked out LEDs fogs. It came with a set of harnesses made from someone else here on TW he says. Nothing is labeled so I'm guessing they aren't your handy work. Do have a link to order your set with grill lights option capped for future installation. This harness looks OK. Just don't know the plug is what. Cheers Al

 

Most likely the harness you are referring to was made by Mike. I bought my set from him too, and was using it up until a few months ago when I sent to to someone who needed them immediately and I was waiting on connectors. There isn’t any reason to buy another harness if you have that one. You can post a photo and I’ll describe which connectors go where.

 

Here is the lights and harness that came with them Dave. The fogs are said to just plug right into my stock harness on my 2022 TRD Sport

 

That looks like a Mike harness. Though it’s all yellow wire?

separate the two oval black connectors and zoom in on them. They are the only ones you can get wrong.

Here is a better shot for you guys. Not sure what the extra cap is for and is this harness able to hook up future raptor lights?

 

The OEM wiring has a plug that's side markers that the new OEM LEDs don't use. That's simply to plug in that wiring so you don't keep the wires exposed to the elements

 

I think by law here in Canada we have to display the side marker. So I must need it then. Wonder if anyone has a hooked up diagram of this harness in action.

 

The halogen assembly uses bulbs. The led assembly uses circuit boards. The sidemarker illuminates off the parking light signal.

the oval black connector with a black wire is your high beam. The one with only one wire is your low beam.

low beam driver side on the oem harness is red. On passenger side it is blue.
