Unless they start putting matching VIN# on the cats themselves it's almost impossible to prove or know where they came from.

They got the cat off my jeep when I lived in phx. My brothers cat has been stolen several times.

Now days several shops offer etching engraving. Big letters saying " This was stolen from John Smith, 602-123-4567"
Cuts down on the resale value.

For protection I have seen a cable system or metal cage / skid, not sure how well those work.

They can treat it like copper when you take it to a scrap yard. They take your picture and have you fill out paperwork.

Hey AZ, I’m dying to find a Canopy for my 01 Tacoma (Double Cab Short Bed). She’s Lunar Mist, honestly not sure if I care all that much the paint color/condition, I will likely repaint later anyways. Reach out here to let me know what you have, I’m in Tucson but can drive to a lot of places on weekends!

    • CVT Mt Hood Med 56" $3695 $2600
    • CVT 55" Pioneer Awning with LED light $275 $150
    • Custom Bed Rack $800
    • Total: $3500obo for all
    Location: Flagstaff, AZ
Condition: Mt Hood Good/Excellent. I do have a few random dents on the roof panel. Does not affect anything. No punctures and doesn't get past the honeycomb. Interior has a solid 30nights in it.
The awning has some wear from when you roll it and it rubs against the the internal frame for the tension bars. Nothing major. (May keep this)
The bed rack was made by Snowsk9air. Its over built. Has removable cross bars for full height use of bed if needed.

Shows the dent on the roof panel.

    Yes, you do.
We have to do more trips. Depending on schedule with work, truck surgery, waiting on parts, etc.
At least one time this winter I want to snow camp. Just because I've never really done it. I kinda did back east, but it was more rain/freezing/some snow. Plus my tent leaked. Sucked. Want to do it right.

    Snow camping is a blast

Couple years back me and 2 buddies camped on mingus mountain in a blizzard.

Temps down to single digits and 1 foot of snow over night.
