Noise coming from beneath truck

Hello everyone,

I started getting this noise a couple weeks ago. It only happens after highway driving and coming to a slow stop and cruise, around 10-20 mph. It's 2017 and has around 45k miles currently on it.

Sounds like belt noise. There is a TSB if it is.

Sure does sound like a squeaky belt.

 

Are there any alternate fixes in the mean time to the belt that I can do? It’ll be a couple weeks before I send my truck into Toyota. Thanks for the help.

 

No. The issue could be a simple worn out belt but it could also be a bearing in a pulley seizing up. You will have to live with it and hope it doesn't fail until you take it into the dealer.
