Trust me good sir, the bed is a POS.

Jeremiah and I did the solution, loose as a goose again. Can lift 1 side with your hands and jiggle it. We have to replace the plastic spacers again, it has been only about a year since we did it.

The bed is soooo poorly designed. As soon as you use it, it starts to fail.

Got to build the Aussie dream vehicle
Maybe with the Tacoma and Hilux sharing the same platform in the next generation - we could actually just order one over seas and just bolt it on as a factory item

Does anyone have a recommendation for a source for Eibach parts?

    Possibly these items specifically.

There's justification for the sake of an experiment. Recently swayed to the Eibachs for limited lifetime warranty and rubber bushings ;P . Can also adjust height on the truck. I've have over 100k (bought used with 45k on them) on a set of pro's back in the day on my mazda3. They rode great and definitely held up well to the abuse they saw in my younger days pretending it was a rally car.

Those are SPCs rebranded in Eibach boxes. Note the 5.25470K part number. This means @somebody will probably get better pricing with Mevotechs.

    Eyyy nice!
I generally ignore part numbers thinking its usually an archaic nightmare that each company makes up in their mind
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Believe it or not, there is a whole department of people working full-time making up part numbers at my company. The department is aptly called "Nomenclature".

I'm sure Toyota is worse though. Think about all the Tacoma model codes, GRDKLA, UU4ENA, etc.

Probably an older stock photo in Eibach's listing but who knows? No reason to get them when Mevotechs are less expensive. I remember you posted Mevotech switched over to the newer forged design, right?

Anyone interested in joining me and a friend doing Minden Scotch line Saturday Nov 13th. First trip to Scotch Line so the plan is to keep it tame, let me know if interested.
