    Hey There,

Have only owned this Tacoma for about a month and realized when I’m next to other Tacoma’s (same model), there seems to be more space in the fender, I was even right behind another 2nd Gen PreRunner with the same exact tires. Is my suspension actually stock? It looks pretty stock. One thing to note is there was a recall done for the rear leaf springs, but the front / rear shocks look OEM (KYB). Really wanting to get a 3” level and try to fit 33s, so knowing this would help a lot! Thank you!

PS my truck is the white one :)

    STOCK
    It looks stock.
To get a better idea. You should measure from the center of the wheel to the fender.
That way you can eliminate any tire height.

Or, get us a picture of the spring/shock. The upper portion where it mounts will help also.

FWIW, I think my truck sits “lower” too.
But I have a tool box in the bed. And I’ve worked my suspension pretty good towing pretty frequently. So mine might be due to that?

I keep looking at the picture and something doesn't seem right to me....it sits like a 5-lug. At least from that angle. Maybe it's my eyes though

I’ll get some of those pics tomorrow, I really appreciate your help! The front hub to fender is about 21.5” and the rear hub to fender is about 22.25”

    What would that mean?

Not that I know, I can definitely take pics tomorrow. One thing is, it rides super smooth, so I feel those would mess with the ride a bit?

I just meant it seems to sit lower, but now that I look at it again it may just be a combo of those wheels and tires that are throwing me off.

Could be very worn leaf springs, making it level with the front or has a small leveling kit in the front.

    or

    …previous owner lowered it.

    :)

I have stock '06 Prerunner. Your truck looks like it rides pretty much like mine so I vote stock.
