What kind of gussets should I do for my rear end? What are the weak points? What have you guys done?

What are you planning on doing with the truck?

I take my truck to the desert, high speed driving over whoops and rough terrain. I just put some stiffer springs in the rear and a shock relocation so I can get more travel for the whoops. It preforms pretty well but I want it to be bulletproof.

I would get a full frame box kit (DMZ, Dirt King, JD fab?)
& look at new shackles/hangars (Archive Garage, BAMF, TopFab...)

Those are the weak spots for fast desert stuff. Also the lower control arm mounts. Also the entire front core support forward of the cab.
There's a lot on these trucks that bend and crumple when going fast offroad.

Get rid of the stock axle entirely. Plenty of better options for what your doing.

A fabricated axle assembly is what you want. Trying to truss the 8” axle assembly is like adding scotch tape to a toothpick.

You mean the cam tabs when you say lower control arm mounts right? What can I do for the front core support?

You can do the cam tab gussets or JD fab sells a kit that relocates your stock control arm mounting points about an inch forward.

I already have the gussets so I’m going to do that.
