Just got my Total Chaos UCA’s…Edit..found the bushings at the bottom of the box.

Am i suppose to get them pressed in?

you should be able to press them in by hand, if thats what youre asking

 

^That. Get a little of the grease you plan on using for the bushings and follow the directions provided for where lube goes (I forget right now) and push them in by hand. It's not too hard.

 

Use a teflon based lube on the bushings and slide them in

(teflon, IIRC )

this is camburg a arm but set up on bushings is the same +use lube

 

No need to press anything. Just slap those bad boys on and enjoy! Make sure to load the zirk's (spelling?) with plenty grease. Make sure to put some on the pivot bolt thing. ( the really long bolt that goes through the bushings) you probably gonna need to get an alinement after. If you are installing coilovers too, wait a week or so for the coilovers to settle before getting it alined.

 

^ yea use lots of grease! just be sure not to blow the bushings out

 

is it suppose to come with bolts/screws? or am i suppose to use the stock ones

 

re-use the stock ones, a bit of a pain to remove, but its not too bad. there's a write on here on how to install these yourself.

save the money and install them yourself

 

I used a swazall and cut the head of the bolt off, so I didn't have to bend my fender. I got new bolts, they cost a bout $20 for both.

 

What are the zerks

 

The little nipple looking thingy's that you plug the grease gun into to lube the pivot points.

 

Mine came with a new bolt for each side. I have the same UCA's
