So, for the first time in like three years I am single and going on a date! Man, this is sooooo weird. Broke up with the gf after we dated for a solid 2 years. We were "seeing" each other for like 5 months prior. Other than that, my last actual date date had to be like 3 years ago.

I joined match.com so I wouldn't be tempted to call up the ex and try make things work out. Well, I got bombarded with emails from relatively hot chicks. Considering my relatively poor looks, this is a good thing to me lol. First date is tonight! Man, I hope I don't screw up lol. I will keep all updated on my dates since I know how bored some of you are. I made a thread like this years ago and it was a huge success. Hopefully I will find "the one" this time round.

I went on an online dating binge one time a while back. Never again.

It went something like this (I'm picky about looks, so they were all very attractive):

1st girl: on our second date, after making out in the car for a while, she invited me in to her apt to "meet her cats". Turns out she had 2 living cats, and a third cat that was stuffed (as in a former pet that had been taxidermized) and laying on her bed. Sketchy.

2nd girl: on our first date, she was 20 minutes late. Turns out she was late because she had been on a date with another guy at bar across the street. So she sits down at the table and immediately tells me that she has been pregnant 3 times, all from "accidents". First time was a miscarriage, second time she was 8 months preg and went snowboarding and the baby died when she crashed on her snowboard, third time was her current daughter. Then her hot female married friend came into the cocktail lounge and started making out with her, and then with me, and then with 2 other guys.

3rd girl: on our first date we both got fall-down drunk at happy hour. On our second date I stayed lucid but she got pass-out drunk at sushi dinner and had to be carried home.

4th girl: absolute sweetheart, and I really liked her. But she waited until our 3rd date to tell me that she has kids. 6 kids.

5th girl: batshit nuts. Only date I've ever been on where I've feared for my life.

6th girl: hot lawyer. But she ran a background check on me after our first date and tried to dig up dirt on me (that didn't exist) and it got really annoying after about her 3rd attempt to churn up dirt that "demanded explanation". Not gonna waste my time.
