So i had my system reinstalled yesterday at The Best Guys in concord. I love their work. They are amazing and everything is clean as fuck. I even put in an xbox original that was lying around until i get a second 360. all the wire are hidden and clean as a mofo, except i used the 12v cig lighter for the power invertor lol. Door speaker amp is back in, all new wiring... I left out my subs for now, but the wiring was run.

I finally got the readylift front spacers involved. I think i'm going to avoid putting the leafs on. I also went to Holy jims (before i put the spacers on) and had some fun. I came out with some good pictures and videos.

love the way your truck looks. i would love to see it next to a 4x4 or pre-runner to see how it looks with the 235/75s and the lift.

So two days ago I reinstalled the 2x d3x12" subwoofers, as well as the Spyder Headlights, Black TRD mats (don't hate), and a K&N drop in Air Filter. I will be conducting factual research to give a review of the air filter and MPG. Here are some photos (some photos still contain the BHLM).

Someone on here was asking if it was street legal to replace the halo rings in headlights with red ones...

    we decided probably not...
Still, I thought i'd hit a touch of red into my headlights. tehehehe

So Thursday I received my 5000k HID Fog light kit from TBK224. I also pulled out my cabin air filter and cleaned it. Another thing I decided to do was finish my TYTOSHI as the corner triangle pieces have been empty for three months.

    IMG_0832_eef737e20fa83f4970a0f3b9a7f506054f60294b.jpg

    IMG_0834_5b616e57e93fe96995e9dc4aaa557b38b37ad980.jpg

    I'll start with the fogs....

First, I removed the grill and pulled out my old bulbs, and stripped the wires.

I then Hardwired my ballasts/invertors and attached them using Industrial Strength Velcro.

    One light installed

    IMG_0835_43277ae648279c5454d07635078a77270858c379.jpg

    That makes two

    IMG_0840_e02d148970680aa5044ec49ae49893e02c03f8c3.jpg

This is how bright it is with the headlights off and the fog lights being the only light

    IMG_0848_250195c0b77d07ac6220e2fc1333f20d2ff1590c.jpg

    ...

    on to the grill..

I wanted to finish it so i repainted my devil emblem as it collected some rust from my mudding trip.

    IMG_0833_1e2973a76855f01fee785f17104c48676da2fde0.jpg

I then drilled holes with a drillbit through the first layer of the inside plastic but not through the second layer. I made 5 holes in the shape of a star and then screwed in the screws with a screwdriver. The result is a auto-molding perfect hold for the metal. It took all of 10 minutes. I call it the "Shemicals Star Satoshi Method".

I then re-attached the devil horns and finally the grill is finished.

"ON an informational note, I performed the secondary air filter removal on 10/8/10 and i must say i notice a huge difference in throttle response already and acceleration."

I am in SoCal. After you removed the secondary air filter, have you had you had a smog check? I have heard that it will not pass without the secondary filter?

by the way... SICK ASS TRUCK !

No sir, I have not had a smog check. I kept my secondary air filter for that very purpose though because I will just double sided tape it in for a smog check hehehe.

Thank you very much, I am getting the Tri-Y shorty DT headers on the 31'st which should be awesome, but i really am waiting for the 31"x15's or 33"x15. The rims + tires (over 30.5) seem to make a huge image change for the vehicle.

    Update!

I bought a few goodies for the upcoming mod day on 2/26 and i decided to make some minor mods while waiting.

    I bought:
25 superflux UV LED dome light from Oznium
    Fat Bob's AAL
    Doug Thorley Tri-Y Shorty Headers
A custom access cab sub box + sub

My dome light came first so i installed it.

Camera's can't really capture UV Light very well but this thing is fucking bright.

Wow, you have to post a sound clip after the install!
I have really been thinking about getting rid of my mud flaps but I think I would like to dump my exhaust at the same time so there is nothing on either side.
    Love your truck!
