1st Gen Lunchtable Thread - General Discussion

Brisk 36 degrees this morning here in Tucson.
Started work again today, bye holidays.
Fuck.

Oh yeah, the internets at work still sucks ass.

 

Warmed up a lot yesterday, had been 4-8° for a week and half. But downside is it is warm enough that it can snow again now.

 

My rally choice was a Toyota GT-Four. Although I liked the look of the Lancia 037 I preferred the Toyota cause it was here and it was a winning beast.

School started today as well, rather than yesterday. Some holiday I'm unaware of?

 

It went from 8* to 40* overnight, instant snow weather. Back to 22* this morning, weather ain't got a clue what it's doing.

 

Hate to say it but the Lancia is way better looking

Must be annoying; it's 32 here so not bad at all...nothing like you guys up north.

 

20 and above I can still work outside if it isn't a snowstorm, that's not the weather than makes you hurt. But shit the teens and single digits and heaven forbid... negatives (which we only get rarely) are awful, it's inside projects only at that point.

 

It is in every way but it like most Lancias was an unreliable POS.

Never gets as cold here by the coast so I'm not used to it.

 

It was 75 out Sunday morning. Dropped to 30 that night. 40 mph winds and rain turned into snow yesterday morning. Currently about 28 outside. Thank God my power came back on yesterday evening. Wouldve gotten real cold inside if not.

 

That's some seriously weird weather swinging.

 

I think my heater cut on maybe 10 times all last week. Hell, I almost cut the AC on Saturday but opted for an open window instead. Its like winter finally showed up overnight.

 

... sorry, i know this is a little bit of an older post, but I'm interested in this Suzuki alternator. I've heard about it a couple times but I was wondering if someone could point me toward some good information about this swap. Is it plug and play? P/N for said alternator?
