yeah, i saw those and almost got me a pair but i was talked out of it because they are a solid mount, not a poly mount and will vibrate the whole truck like crazy... not a bad thing, but it would suck ass on a DD vehicle

weird info you got Alex, because i was on the phone with poly perf and they said there are some for the 3.4

i dont think that pic is the 3.4 mount... cause when i was on the phone with them they said it was a solid mount and would cause the truck to vibrate like a mother.... IDK, sounds like they dont even know their own products

hmmm yeah it looks like it. if it is a solid mount you have to change your tranny mounts to solid also. its one or the other because if you use both you will start cracking parts since one will want to shift on the poly mount and one will stay still. I saw a pic of someone cracking their bell housing on the tranny because of that.

Hey Matt what kind of spray lube did you say you use on your uni ball? Would you also use that on heims?

And anybody know what kind of grease I would use on the upper arm bushings when I assemble it?

I use this stuff on my uni-balls and heims. you can buy it at Lowes

As for bushings I heard this is the best. We used some on some bushings when we sua a buddy's truck. Mike from Defined recommended it. Note: we were using Delrin bushings so idk if that makes a difference. and we didn't need to put much. just a tiny bit.

I think most people just use any good synthetic grease though like Mobil 1

Now that you said it I remember people saying they used mobil 1 syn grease. It would be for whatever kind of bushing camburg uses for the upper control arm inners
