Tacoma backup camera mod

Has anyone purchased the wire harness from FBC Harness Solutions for the license plate light to turn off when placed in reverse? If so, was wondering how long it took before you got it.

I got a receipt for my purchase, but there is no way to find out when it will ship.
I looked on the website and there isn’t a number or email to contact anyone.
Any info would be helpful.

 

Not that I can answer your question or that it’ll help you out with your question but @sphinxbccp makes neat little covers for half the lights that noticeably reduce the glare from the lights and they are inexpensive. Thanks for the info. They might be a bit overwhelmed with a bunch of orders. I know Chloe Kuo has a video on YouTube for the Tacoma.

Haha, that’s the problem with these Tacomas, they have so many cool mods available.

 

@daveeasa builds these by hand. It's a quality product and worth the wait. The thread linked above is the place to go with any questions.

 

I did my own mod on this last night. I popped them out, taped off the lower half of each and sprayed them with a few coats of plastidip. Blocks all the glare and can be easily removed if I need to for whatever reason.

 

I’ll look yours up later today. I thought a reply to the order email reaches me, or something on square to contact me.

Early January orders are getting stuck with the longest waits unfortunately.

with the surge I ran out of various things so I’m currently waiting on a connector repurchase from last week which should show up soon.
