I just made some guesstimations on dims. Having not used it yet I make no guarantees but here goes.
For where the bushing sits is 34.8mm dia x 31mm long, The large O.D. is 43.9mm to clear the inside of the seal. That is 32mm long and the rest is just a conveinent diameter to hold onto. (38mm)
    Overall length is 140mm.

Edit: I also found this for the bearing removal tool.

Right? My wife was briefly was looking at them, then decided the cost to use ratio was too great. But there is some really nice ones out there.

Unfortunately it's like most things, buy once cry once, and my current kayak is a torture device so I'll have to pony up :bananadead:

Those are actually pretty cool. That being said I'm looking more for the super stable fishing style ones.

This is my current one. It was about $600 and I added some accessories. Not necessarily cheap, but way less than some options.

I had a kayak since the late 90s. Its a Dagger Edisto. I haven't used it a quite of few years. Been thinking about selling.
I've been thinking about a fishing kayak for while now.

I didn't put a big chamfer on it no. I have a small one on the bushing end just to ensure I don't scratch the PTFE coating. After I took the photos I ran all the edges over a scotchbrite wheel to debur.
