So a 33 inch tire isn’t more likely than a 31 inch tire to hit the top of the wheel well when the stock suspension is fully stuffed (not fully locked)?

Stock 2017 TRD pro suspension with 255/85/16. Had to remove mudgaurds but that's all.

 

You just made my point.
The lifts in question do NOT change the upper or lower position of the full travel, it only changes where the wheel sits within that travel under normal load. So back to my point, the lift does NOT allow any larger wheel to be fitted.

 

My 33 setup was Falken Wildpeak 285/75/16, amazing tire but heavy. Super noticeable with the missing power of the Taco so I switched it up going to 35's

The current 35's are a 315/70/17 General grabber ATX, they also seem to be a great tire overall, 3peak rating is perfect for Alberta winters, quiet on highway, no complaints yet

 

The wheel well definitely sits higher after a suspension lift. So, how can a larger diameter tire not be more likely to hit the top of the wheel well when fully stuffed with a stock suspension?

 

I think you are missing the point I have made in every post “The lift does not allow for larger tires.” The center of the wheel at full compression is the same between lift and no lift. So yes a larger tire is more lightly to hit, that is completely irrelevant of lift or no lift. This is for IFS, lifting a solid axle is done in a different manor, so the above statement is specific to IFS.
Now when you translate that to specifics of Tacoma IFS the main point or rubbing is cab mount which is far from the top of the wheel well or wheel travel. So however you look at this, the lift does not allow for larger tires on a Tacoma. It does (or can) however allow for slightly more wheel travel before it hits, but if your choice or wheel offset and tire size hits without a lift it will also hit with a lift.

LOL. That’s not a save from your previous posts. I stand my statement, lift does not allow for larger diameter tires, which is what you have been arguing all along.

Got my Eibach pro spring upgrades installed on my 2021 yesterday and I’m incredibly happy with the results.

 

I love the set up of your truck especially the wheels and tires. When you say "SPC's maxed" are you talking about positive caster or is it something else? I'm wanting to go 35's eventually and SPC's seem to be one piece of the puzzle due to their adjustability but any insight on this part would help me a lot. I'm lifted on 33's with a CMC at the moment but only running Icon UCA's. Thanks for the help and beautiful truck!
