One or two things modded... Check out the build thread

Won't work with the shock towers.

Unless you use the fox ones they can come with like @IvanhoeTaco did. But something tells me he had to get a bit "fancy" to make that work.

I would also suggest stainless steel cable clamps. They work like zip ties, but give a very clean and minimalistic appearance.

That's funny, I'm actually right there with you on being super anal about mounting solutions. I got my front and rear Kings custom made with different hoses and reservoir lengths specifically so the mounting was just right. If anyone is interested in at least some nicer looking clamps, check these out. I think I may order some and see if they will work for my from reservoirs if nothing else. --> https://www.phase2motortrend.com/product-p/p2-ahcblk.htm

I'll PM you directly as well, I don't wanna muddy this thread up because I would imagine 99% of people could care less about the mounting.

Thanks and yeah not trying to muddy the conversation. Just bringing it up in case I missed something easy, or if it gives idea for a future product enhancement so they can take more of my money.

General question here, I'm about to pull the trigger on some King Air Bumps to get done at the same time as the relo install. Why has no one tried to fit 2.5" bumps in there, is that just because there is no off the shelf 2.5 kit? Or will they just not fit? Of course the 2.5's are weld on fixed only.

Then on the next question, should I go with the threaded *2.0 only*, or standard fixed barrel *2 or 2.5.* I will be running the 2x12" kings.

I think you’re over thinking things here alittle. The reservoirs end up behind your tire and you can barely see them most of the time.

I’m running giant 200lb breaking strength cable ties and they look great. I just have the ends tucked behind the reservoir out of sight so all you see are 2 black bands on the shock body.

What has you convinced you need air bumps or that they are actually better? I think you have our Option 4 U-bolt flip with Wheeler's Super Bumps. You could convert it to our own 100% Archive Option 3 which has softer engagement and allows more bump travel.

So you don't want to mount the Fox resi to the tower? We do have a new offering for 304ss resi mounts, they still use worm clamps but clamps slots are a little wider spacing, maybe you could bolt these to the bed side
    https://archivegarage.com/explore-archive/ols/products/shock-reservoir-mount

Personally, I am really satisfied with how it came on @jstemp 's install:

That is actually exactly what I’ve heard but your opinion means a lot more then some Facebook bs. I do have option 4 right now. I was under the impression that the air bumps would give me maximum up travel because you could limit the axle right up to almost touching the frame.

Ideally yeah the tower is the best mounting location with the normal hose length. I just don't like how the worm clamps (or zip ties) look. It's not a knock on the solution, actually it's a very good solution but I'm just finnicky and superficial. I didn't see those 304SS mounts on your site, gives me some new ideas thanks!

2.5 Dia air bumps are overkill for 99% of the people on here. My 2.0 bumps work just fine. Air bumps are cool, but you can only have so much uptravel with Soa before you severely negative arch the leafs. If you want more uptravel, go spring under.

These are black plastic coated stainless, I bet they would look pretty clean.

@ARCHIVE are those resi mounts bolt on? Looked that way. I think if they are id rather tack weld em then drilling more holes in the frame.

Bolt-on, drill two 5/16" holes is the recommended install, then the frame can be cleaned behind down the road
