My truck did something similar when one of the long studs on the tensioner pulley snapped a year ago. The tensioner held the pulley sort of in place at first glance but had enough play so the belt could misalign on the crank and tensioner pulley.

Only the outer edges of the two pulleys were scuffed so I checked/sanded out any rough spots and replaced the stud and belt.

If I remember right I think they did, but I don't know why they would withhold them from their website. That's stupid.

Jesus. Talk about a shitty setup man. I feel like this entire system may actually need a thorough revising of, meaning billet everything including the long studs that screw into the block and the largest of bearings on custom made pulleys.

I have no idea but you know what I replaced that bearing like 2 years ago less than 20K with a Timken as well. I should had just left the stock NTN in place because it was fine.

Wow. $315 for ONE pulley. Toyota is really high.

This is a huge help. Thank you!

I have called them several times to get them. The last time I called he said they didn’t have a full set available and didnt know if they would be getting more.

I wonder, do you think if we sent Nate at smoothflow pulleys all of the idlers he could machine us some that are wider so we can fit a double roller in them? I’m pretty sure thats all superchargers online did. That’s a group buy we need to setup!

If we do that we'll need a donor and we'll also need to figure out and all agree on a larger bearing which the rollers will accept.

While we'd be at it we should have someone send in a donor set of long studs which hold all the bearings in place and have those be made billet as well so we never have to deal with any of this crap.

I'll dig around in the garage today. I'm pretty sure I have everything in boxes still stuffed somewhere.

I still have a spare supercharger, and most of the fit kit but it is missing the long studs. I would be willing to send them to nate so he could match their dimensions or what ever he needs to do since I don’t think I will be getting the rest of the parts for it anytime soon.

I think you’d need the bolts to replace the studs that go in the motor for the idlers, a different engine support bracket I believe on the drivers side, stock crank bolt. I’m not too sure what changed in the thermostat housing but I think that covers most of the changes other than injectors which if you are on a trd tune I imagine you are gonna stick with the bigger injectors?

Yes i am sure im missing those bolts that got replaced with the studs for the idlers. The stock intake manifold hex bolts are missing too. Thats a good point on the injectors, i was planning on swapping the stockers in, but im not sure how well those would work since im keeping the urd intake, urd headers, jfr y pipe and aftermarket exhaust. Might need to keep the 455s for a little more head room. I think i remember a while back Justin saying the stock injectors are near the top end of the duty cycle once you add mods to the stock motor.

edit also looking for the stock radiator hose on driver side

Yeah my search for the pulley has resulted fruitless and it doesn't cross reference into any aftermarket offering both Dayco or Gates, which leads me to believe that this is a one off offering direct from Toyota, but I know that's BS in and of itself because the pulley is a Dayco "No Slack Gold Label."

Needless to say, if anyone has an old spare lower ribbed pulley lying around. It would be awesome if I could get it from you in the meantime so I can fix this thing and get it back on the road.

I did a quick search for my old one this morning but didn't see it. I'll double check. If I have it still its yours. No damage to it, but bearing was shot. Could shake it and hear clicking

Thanks man. Keep me updated if you do have it. I should try getting a hold of Nate as well to see if he can do something custom for us.
