Lunar Rock Gen III Thread

Anyone know if non trd pro fog light bezels will fit on a trd pro? I have some diode dynamics fogs that don’t fit under the bezel

 

I just ordered some DD SS3 Pro's. did you change your fog light housing? Because as far as I can tell the OR and Pro use the same housing and OEM fog lights.

Ahh no I was thinking sport and OR have the same fogs. Just googled pros, they have what you got. I am guessing that you can swap the pro housing for OR/Sport housing and then use the DD's you got there but I am not 100% certain on that. I assume they use the same brackets and just change the plastic housing look to save money and not need entirely new brackets. Easier/cheaper to make the change with plastic cosmetics.

 

Yes that’s what I’m hoping. They sell lights that fit the pro bezel but I think the bigger lamp looks better.

 

@pilfer I know one member took a Dremel to the pro fog housing and made it work. I’ll see if I can track him down and add it to this post.

Finally got the Retrax cover and Yakima rack installed. Just in time for kayak fishing season.

 

Anyone has a LR with the Bronze TRD wheels? Debating if I should get them in Bronze or black since I can't get the Trail Edition version. I am curious to see how does it look. Thanks!

 

Get both colors - "Bronze" for the Summer "Black" for the Winter

That was actually my original plan as I initially ordered the trail, but then switched. I’m curious to see how it looks as well. I’ve since gone another route with rims/tires. Anxiously awaiting spring!

I put a down payment on a TRDOR DCSB 6MT in Lunar Rock on January 31st. Seeing all of these gorgeous trucks is making me impatient. The only encouragement from my salesman was “be patient I’ll eventually get it.”
I’ve always had a yota (89-98-03) but this will be the only “new” truck I’ve every bought. My 03 is ticking along at 327,xxx (original clutch) and will be my daily/beater unless I have to take little people places. I imagine I’ll be looking for excuses to ride them around.

 

Here is my 2021 TRD Pro Lunar Rock. Typically I stick with white, but decided for something different.

The funny thing is I had to drive behind one for a good 5 miles heading home today. The universe is not without a sense of humor.

 

Who else ordered a Cement truck just for the DCLB configuration right before they made them available in Lunar Rock? ‍♂️ In Canada we don’t get the TRD OR in DCLB as well as the new LED headlights. Love it!
