Might be worth your time to see if he'd replace something like that. It can't be that old where it would just start to decay.

Finally got to install my ICON RXT Leaf packs, Archive Garage Hammer Hangers, and Crown Extended brake lines.

The ICON RXT's gave me a solid 0.4" over my former 2" lift (stock leafs + HS progressive 3 leaf + overload). I went with Option 2. Honestly it's hardly visually noticeable and I wasn't going for any more lift. It's also probably going to settle some.

The Hammer Hangers of course took the longest to install, but thanks to Archive's thread and @EatSleepTacos tips, it was a simple enough task. I wish I had a plasma cutter like Randy, but I made do with an angle grinder :). Also, the ball joint press worked great for 5 of the 8 rivets.
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/tacoma-hammer-hangers-soa-sua-archive-garage.519625/

@ARCHIVE Garage probably had the best packing I've seen in a while for their hanger shipment to me. Thank you for that.

Extended Brake Lines purchased from Headstrong Offroad. Fast shipping as usual.

For now, I'm reserving my thoughts on the setup until I have a chance to take it off road. Otherwise, I still have a very slight vibe in my DS on takeoff (unchanged from prior), but nothing I care to address at the moment.

Installed some super spring Sumo. 2012 pre runner. Does ride a bit stiffer, but to me a more stable ride. Will see how they do once I put a load on it.

Sure it’s fixable if you wanna drop a new frame in it. The left front frame rail is back about 10 inches no way to fix that. I wouldn’t even have to write an estimate on that I just total it and be done.

It was time for new tires, so I found some 3rd gen wheels for cheap to toss on there while swapping already. Old wheels were plastidipped black about 5years ago and looked really tired. Started getting quotes to powdercoat them and ended up just getting the 3rd gen wheels for less than powdercoat.

Got my truck back. Broke the rear end. Went with a rebuild. Didn't opt for a re gear, however I did go for an after market LSD. After driving compact cars and such. I feel like I'm driving a monster truck :D

I hate to sound like this, but I didn't ask for details. I do know it's a clutch mechanism. I'll have to go back and ask, however I do trust I got what I paid for. ;)

My truck has a factory limited slip and I gotta say it's the best functioning limited slip I've ever owned as it's really quick to realize the other rear tire is slipping.
