What is the torque specs for the back bumper bracket bolts?

    I'd be willing to bet they are the same as the 2nd gen since its basically the same frame and bolts!

    Here is a thread on all kinds of torque specs for the 2nd gen, don't believe there is one out there for the third gen tho....

    Sounds right, they really have not changed these truck frames a-lot, the 3rd gen one looks a-lot like my 1st gen

    Yep! Considering you can bolt third Gen body parts right onto a 2nd Gen lol
