These are up here with the pop n' lock for the tailgate for the "Mods that you purchased because you can afford to, and that's really about it." :spending:

I wonder if the guy that got 'em got a good laugh as he made his cuts.

I didn’t get that shit, but did get something better for the tundra, as you see/read enough about people in az getting them cut off, and knowing my truck is easy to get under and oem replacement for 4 cats and often a few things that get cut while they are under there is costing around $2k, which is fine that’s what insurance is for, but the 2-3 months plus some are experiencing waiting for replacement parts and loaner/rental cars still drying up is what made me get them.

I'm all about some real skids that offer ACTUAL protection, and cover enough that theft is an actual struggle.

These cat covers are laughable and just trying to squeeze a few hundo out of mall crawlers.

Took the C5 out of storage today and gave it some love…annual clay bar, polish, and ceramic coat.

What kind of alignment cams are those? Never seen them before, I must be hiding under a rock.

In other news I spent the day throwing on the TRD PRO Fox shocks and dropping in 1" rear Eibach lift springs. I know things have to settle first but sheesh at least according to the hub to fender measurements I gained 2 and 1/4" all around??!!

I need to get an alignment now but holy cow the difference in the way the car takes turns is night and day. Those internal bypass shocks are some trick stuff.:muscleflexing:

Next step I guess is some duro bumps and then *maybe* that thinner sway bar.:D

Oh shit, anyone know of a good paint touchup place? My tailgate hit my garage door as it swung upwards and took some paint off down to bare metal around the license plate indentation. I wanna get it sorted before that even starts to look like rust.

Site has issues starting at 9am the 16th. 9am Saturday. Yes, 9am.
They wait to call me until 6am Sunday. Oh, we've had this issue and decided to call you as an P1 Emergency almost 12hrs later.

Just measured the lift after letting everything settle overnight, looks like 1 and 1/8th in the front and 1 and 1/4 in the rear, plus everything is dead level side to side! :D

I figure after a few thousand miles that extra 1/8th and quarter will settle, but I'm pretty dang happy especially given I got all 4 corners done for basically $2K out the door including the alignment I'm about to go get.:mudding:

    Ummm....stuff and more stuff
Refresh my memory boys. What was the conclusion for the best place to get an alignment in the east valley? Truck is lifted with JBA upper control arms. The last 2 places have messed up the alignment and I'm tired of doing the drive way alignment and having it not perfect.
