That looks like it would buff out except for the fender flares.

Do you make anything with the skins or save the rattlers? I'm as bad as Indiana Jones when it comes to snakes.

 

Sounds like you came close to the limit! Will you be replacing some parts in front end now? Which parts?

 

Road side swapped the tie rods, doing the steering rack sometime whenever I get around to it and just going to add a little more plating to my gusseted spindles since I dont think they are too bent/can compensate with the Spc uppers for alignment.

2" Eibach Stage 1 with Taco lean spacer, 1.5" AAL, 275/70/17 Yokohama MTs on 17x8.5 -10 SCS Gen 5s. There was no rubbing till I got it aligned the other day. Have yet to really check it out, but I don't expect major issues.

 

Does anyone know why these skid plates will not fit on the limited frame? Are the frames that different from factory?

I would like to add one if possible.

 

That sucks. I had the opposite problem when I did mine. I was worried about this exact thing happening, but when I got under there to check it out, I discovered both the filter housing, and the drain bolt were only on hand tight. And by "hand tight" I mean I could unscrew them without any tools. Really glad I didn't have a leak or worse.

 

Do you just need to remove the existing one and the support bar like the Off Road?

Looks like it fits - which makes sense. If you have a chin strap, you may need to remove it

 

TMK, all the frames are the same. They even fit 2nd Gen.

I would like to install one as i have a cement flower box that i drive over to get to my backyard when i want to off load garden dirt. I constantly rub the underside of the truck. The flower box is too heavy and awkward to move all the time.
