Recently I had the front suspension of my 2012 Trd off road changed. When I got it back the front seemed lower than what it was. What is the ride height of the front end of my tacoma supposed to be? I'm not sure if the previous owner put a lift on it and now when the mechanic changed the suspension he just replaced it without a lift??? Please help

I'm being lazy right now but if you don't get any answers tonight, I'll measure mine tomorrow. I have a 2" lift (1" spacer), so will post that in the reply.

That was really helpful. From what I gathered the front should be around 20in and rear 22in. Mine is currently 18in in the front and 24in in the rear. They took the 2in from the front and put it in the back lol. Ugh now I gotta fix this tomorrow. Thanks for helping

Ok, I finally remembered to check.
Front driver side, center of hub to fen derwell lip = 21 3/4"
Passenger side, center of hub to fender well lip = 22"
Note, I have a 1" top spacer giving me about 2" of lift.
The back is about 2" higher per side but I'm on stock leafs with a Torch add-a-leaf.
For the record, I use Fram oil filters too and my truck is NOT neglected, lol.

+1 for this. Take some pictures of the current suspension so we can see. 18" up front seems awfully low like your mechanic used incorrect parts or doesn't know what they are doing. Also do you have any part numbers for the new stuff? That should tell a good story too.

+1 to part numbers used. quite possibly used 4th gen 4runner front struts which are a bit different.
