Ok so with this in the writing it said you need to swap the ring gear, because I’m a bit dense it means not using the original 6sp ring gear it means using the auto one correct?, and thanks for the write up on the add swap it will be very helpful.

the input shaft will need to be swapped from the auto case. They are a smaller 23 spline shaft and the 6 speed is a larger 22 spline input. No ring gear has to be swapped.

Ok so I don’t have to use the automatic ring gear on the backside of the planetary gear and input shaft? I can use my 6speed ring and it work fine even tho they are slightly different?

check here there is wiring diagrams posted. To keep the lights from flashing in the mean time just remove the 4wd fuse.

The oil slinger is the piece that pulls fluid from the bottom of the case right? If so I have it installed

Then I don’t have a clue what the oil slinger is.

That may be your issue, a simple fix. There's a paper gasket there from Toyota so I used some RTV when installing mine, no leaks.

"No ring gear has to be swapped." I was going to say... WTF, because i sure changed out mine! But then i read further and see that you corrected your comment.. Pheww... (that was simi-fun part of the swap)

Somewhere on TW I recall reading the quote about the Threads aren't fun w/o pics... so enjoy some randoms from my (best yet) swap...
