    Well I've had this problem (I think it's a problem) for about a year now and it always bugs me to think about it. I've heard people say that you can unbolt the ubolts and shift the axle over, but at the same time, people say you can't do that. I've been to toyota and they said it's not enough to cause a problem. Still I don't like the way it looks. Any ideas what I can do?

    Bingo. There have been several people who determined it's actually the bed that isn't centered, not the axle.

    IF....that is actually the case. A Live axel can move about .5" of more from side to side.
