Clean out the corners of the cowl. Run a coat hanger through the holes in the corners. I opened mine more with a 1/4” drill bit.

I was also going to say it looks more like oil than water. Brake or clutch leaking. As water tend to just run to the low spot then drip, oil tends to creep in all directions as you have there.

just got home, rained early, now is sunny, car was parked. It looks dried so I don’t think is oil. First picture is the one I uploaded and second is the one i took just now. Same side

I agree not oil. You probably have a seam leak that was more common on the early second generation Tacoma's.

This TSB is for a 2005, but many others have also had seam leakers. It may help you locate the leak and fix it yourself.

Here is the TSB for the seam leaks: https://www.tacomaworld.com/attachments/bo00405r-05-leak-pdf.1051900/

    Thread about the leakers:

Here is the TSB for the seam leaks on the 2005 Tacoma. It has helped many repair their leaks on their Tacomas.

The thing is, it’s completely dry inside, wich is a very good thing thankfully.

Look in the fender area in front of the doors and clean out anything leaves etc collected there.
