I’m in the middle of building my sliders and I’m thinking about incorporating lights from factory running boards. 46A6860B-7566-4752-A9C5-425F73123BA6.jpgI was thinking about under filler plate but not sure what to do with wiring. Other thought was on bars between frame and slider but might be to far underneath to be worth the extra hassle. Thoughts?

I wouldn't use the factory lights, they're pretty dim. Just mount some rock lights there and wire them to the factory harness. I got some cheap ones from Amazon and they work good.

I wired in some of these with the factory harness and they work great.

I would say right about 2" in front and maybe 2.5" in the back. I never did a before and after measurement to get exact numbers though.

While I’m waiting on the bedliner to show up from ups Tuesday(thanks truck breaking down) I decided to paint the grill black. Sanded it using 180grit then used the adhesion promotion spray for the bedliner, rustoleum primer, rustoleum professional grade black. Now I’m debating the bumper cut for the front.

Well it's leaking somewhere. I tested it when I installed it but it leaking out overnight. Maybe a hose came loose.
I did have to drill a hole for the sensor so who knows. I guess I'll figure it out this weekend.

Better pics coming tomorrow. The final coat looks so good. Most of the car is back together. Just got the spoiler left to put on. And can’t drive it till Saturday for curing of the raptor liner

No more stripes thanks to the final coat and got the spoiler on and everything back together except the oem rack. Can’t wait to take it out for fun.

Would there be any Con’s to fabing a bracket that would lower the rear KDSS links instead of adding the spacers? I was looking at the pan hard correction brackets that are available and it made my brain spin up.
