    It's only demo, new construction, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, irrigation, electrical and steam all on top of each other! And probably a few other things I haven't noticed yet just to make it good an interesting.

    I can't even use Google Maps as a reference because the last time they updated was during construction so there's nothing there. :laugh:
