I didn’t have any bolts. I’m using the same leaf’s albeit with a 2 inch block. Seeing as I wasn’t gonna go off roading much and I wasn’t gonna load anything in it over 500 lbs. I went the el cheapo way about it.

Have you noticed a big difference? I'm planning on starting mine this weekend, but whatever doesn't get done will most likely have to wait until spring. Not sure if I should do the doors or start in the rear.

My OCD is flipping out here. :annoyed:
If you move them down a row you can center & spread them evenly. Did you use the plug & play harness from FBC Harness by @daveeasa?

Pay no attention to the color I already swapped them for the R4T ambers.

How do you like those Deaver springs? Why did you pick these over others? I think you got 3 more leafs than I got with the OME leaf, did you get more height in the rear too?

Deaver Leaf Springs have 3 different stages depending on the amout of static weight you carry, all are 2" lift

This is a much neater job than my 15 minute, “just-slap-some-tape-on-there”; well done. I thought about applying some tape to the top of the tailgate, but not to the sides. I also didn’t think about the hood—both good ideas.

I need to revisit this mod in a few weeks.

I’ve noticed a difference forsure but not huge. I still need to add foam to the factory vents to try and tone it done a bit more.

Just ordered a oil pan heater, going to plug it into a smart plug in the garage so I can tell Alexa to warm up my truck and it will turn it on and warm up that oil.

Been thinking doing the same thing. What brand did you go with? It gets cold up here in Northern Alberta!

Hmmm, I've had magnetic stick on oil pan warmers before and they where all around 100w. They would usually take an hour or 2 to do their thing on vehicle that would not turn over. Not sure if 25w would be enough to do much when it dips below - 20c here haha.

Being in the trucking industry our shop has rolls of the reflector tape. It’s used for the rear and sometimes sides of our trailers. Federally mandated. Looks like I ordered a cat back system last night. I thought I stopped drinking ?!

I think this one should do pretty good, instead of being a magnetic one it sticks right to the pan. So it should have a more direct heat path. But this winter will be a good test. Last winter we had -20f for awhile, so im hoping we have similar this year.
But really I just want my oil a little warming than below zero for those cold starts.
