New guy here. Looking to level my 2022 trd sport 4x4. Only looking for a slight lift 2in front 1in rear. I'm looking at the eibach pro lift stage 1 or 2. Anybody have any experience with either. will the tss be affected? Or any issues that may come up? Thanks in advance

    few things here and there.

    Hey there

So, I had the stage one on my truck for 20k miles.

    Main pro’s:

    - Rides well! Isn’t super stiff, feels good off-road. Considering it’s the stage one, I was very satisfied.
    - Affordable
    - Million mile warranty holds up. They replaced a few of my shocks because of leakage
    - Solid, and I mean solid, customer service

    Main con’s:

    - Leaky shocks. While they were replaced, they were not abused.. and I went through a few of them. Annoying if you’re paying someone for labor, can get pricy as a result

    Conclusion:

While shocks are finite, leaking occurred quicker than expected, in multiple shocks / struts, in my light duty usage. I feel they should’ve lasted longer than 20k miles, but I believe I’m an outlier. Others have gotten much more out of them. They also seem to really enjoy them!

Would I buy them again? No. Why? Well, I’ve since moved on to 5100’s. I love the 5100’s and they ride great! Here’s the kicker though…. I run the Eibach Pro Springs, which rock. So, even though I prefer the 5100’s, perhaps the Eibach springs are what makes them that much better for me.

    Good luck!

Stage 2 is what I'd recommend. Actually just had a friend get them based on my recommendation (Pro 2R's, specifically). Stage 1's have stiffer springs so they will ride harsher (stiffer springs than stock) and use circlips to adjust the height, stage 2's ride significantly nicer and have a proper adjustable coilover setup so you can fine tune the ride height and preload.

Was also looking at the toytec 5100 Bilstein set if anyone has any experience with that

Seems like eibach dropped the ball on quality control .

well this is sad to hear. I was looking at getting the stage 1 too. I would be paying someone for labor so I definitely can’t keep sending them back for leakage.

Had my stage 1 on for 4 years now never had any issues or leaking shocks and they are quite weathered now and surface corroded from the weather and winters up here. Great Kit. Highly underrated imo.

I have had stage 1 for 3 years. Harsh summers in Texas and a few winter storms. Performs great on and off the road

For a great on road and off road ride, inexpensive, lifetime warranty and millions swear by them get the 5100s. Use your factory coils, set them on the 4th perch for a slight rake or 5th perch will get you almost level and add a 1 inch block then enjoy.

Removed some stuff, added some stuff.
Adventure Built (possibly a TW member as well) did a great video on the eibach springs for the third gen on YouTube. I’d post the link but for what ever reason my phone and YouTube don’t get along. Just search adventure built eibach and it’ll come up.

Have had my Eibach Stage 1 setup installed since May of 2020. Zero problems. Couldn’t be happier with the performance to cost ratio. Back then, I paid around $700-750 for the whole kit with fully assembled fronts, rear shocks, taco lean spacer, & 1.5” rear blocks. It’s a lot of juice for the squeeze.
