Well i want to use the thread so i can have a place to show my own build and get advice for you out there.

    my plan so far is...

3 in lift kit front and back
frame sliders ... (custom built by yours truly)
front and rear bumpers (build by yours truly)
    tires
    and a fiberglass bed cover.

as well as a stereo up grade
    power invert in cab
    new lighting (Green)
    and head lights (hid projection)
and new fog lights (hid if i can find them)
carpet for the bed and rubber mat

so if you have a few mins and want to give me some input please feel free to
send me links or advice. likes dislikes what ever.

im still trying to figure out how to post pics on here so bare with me..

Having read your thread, I noticed that you were making your own sliders and bumpers; and your name, "TwistedMetalfab". I'm only asking cuz you are in SA and relatively close. Do you have a custom fab shop, or work for one? That would be awesome cuz there are none down here.

That's awesome! I wish there were cool Tacoma owners like that down here. All we have are Chevys and dodges with 8" lifts and 35" mud tires that never leave the pavement, boring and old to me. I dream about having the time/money/resources to just go out to my garage and build what I want, the way I want, when I want, haha. That's why I haven't bought a bumper yet. I definitely will keep an eye on your build so I can see your craftsmanship, and it would be awesome to see in person, mounted on a truck. My dad also drives a Tacoma, and wants a new front bumper, so he might be interested also. He hates not being able to see something in person before he buys it so you being close is a big plus.
