What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Great video ClassyTacos! The Badland looks to be every bit as good as the Pro Eagle, but at 1/2 the price. I was thinking of getting the Badland jack to keep on the truck, but at 70 pounds I don't think I could lift it. It would be great if Harbor Freight made a 2 ton version of this jack, I think that would be a lot more manageable.

 

What brand is this? Does it work with androids? Thanks!

 

I'm not the OP, but I just bought a right angle down USB A and connected the cord that came w/ my wireless AirPlay adaptor to it.

They look really nice, and if they are custom made he probably needs to charge that to make it worth his time. But still more than I'd want. This may be a dumb question..so forgive me. What is the wireless Bluetooth adapter needed for? My truck has Bluetooth to the factory JBL head unit for music and phone calls. Is this adapter a better option? I have a 2019, I know 20+ has a different head unit though

I think it's a great question; usually I'm the one asking for help. The current head unit has Apple CarPlay and Android Auto built-in, but only if connected to your phone by a USB cable. CarPlay and Android Auto gives your head unit an interface like your phone. The adaptor sets up a Bluetooth connection between it and your phone, and then connects to the head unit by cable, enabling Wireless CarPlay or Wireless Android Auto.

Oddly it was $79.95 when I bought it just a week ago. So far it works perfectly with my Galaxy Note 10+

26.2lb added per tire...104lbs overall!

I'm being advised on weight-weight-weight, when it comes to going with bigger tires.

As it stands, current OEM weight per tire: 62.8 X 4 = 251.2lbs

What you have is: 89 X 4 = 356lbs

This is good info in moving forward with a bigger tire set-up. Thanks!

 

Have five DEFENDER LTX M/S waiting in the garage. Going from 265/65-17 to 265/70-17. Looking forward to the 1/2” lift and also joining the WLM.

 

You can search on the forum for more info on this and probably answer the question yourself… Provide us more details, but likely no if it’s a small lift.

 

Going with icon coil overs up front. Icon tubular uca. Icon ad a leaf and shocks in the rear. It says this will give me a max of 2.75 lift up front. Also will add one inch in the back with the ad a leaf

 

You could always go with a 6-ply tire and cut the weight down. Also down sizing to a 17'' wheel would also cut some weight down.

 

This may be the second time I've seen this photo...I like the look of the BW Fenders and this wheel/tire set up!
