Drivers side clunk/scraping on steep driveways / bumps

Been reading & searching forums hoping to find some info to help me out with this noise I've been trying to locate & fix. I've tried some fixes but none seem to help my case
I have a 2015 DCLB TRD Sport with 72xxx kms - All stock

I hear a clunk/scraping noise in the front drivers side when going over bumps / dips in the road / driving into steep driveways. It seems to happen more when I'm turning left but the noise is sometimes there when turning right as well. I have to turn left into a steep driveway at work every day and always hear it.
I have removed the sway bar, removed the stock "skid" plate, changed radiator mount bushings with

$28 energy suspension 9.4101G UNIVERSAL MOUNT

energy suspension 9.4101G mounts - all trying to get rid of the noise but it is still there.
EDIT: I have also removed the mudflaps

Brought it to a shop for them to take a look at, they found nothing loose and couldn't really say what it is. One of the mechanics thinks it could be the top part of the spring - as the drivers side shows rust & the passenger side doesn't. (Pictures below)

Now what I want to ask is,Do you think his assumption is accurate?Because he didn't seem to sure either.
EDIT: Do you think I could just change the spring??
Or would I have to go with the whole assembly? If I have to go with the whole assembly, should I go stock or aftermarket for a similar price? Kinda new to the this whole thing & I'm hoping this wont break the bank

Truck is my daily driver, I take it on the occasional dirt road once in a while but nothing crazy.

Update: I've sprayed the coilover with a little bit of fluidfilm and it seems to help a bit but the noise is still there. Took the truck into another shop and they couldn't find anything wrong.
Seem to be able to replicate the noise when taking turns at about 30km/h - sounds a bit like a snapping noise
I know it is needing an alignment, not urgently but I'm thinking about getting it done hoping it might fix the noise as well - if that doesn't work I might just suck it up and go to a toyota dealership

 

Based on all the other potential things that you’ve already eliminated, lower control arm bushings would be worth looking at.

 

You may want to try taking a look at your ball joints and make sure that the noise isn't coming from there.

I have seen a few vehicles' ball joints fail from being damaged internally and while really hard to isolate, after replacing the problem joint the issue goes away 100%.

Based on what you are describing, I'm wondering if you have a defective ball joint.

 

Thanks for the input everyone. Will be checking LCA cam bolts sometime this week. If they need to be tightened, will it affect the alignment of the truck in anyway?

If torquing the cambolts doesn’t fix it, will get the shop to take a look at control arm bushings and ball joints

 

will be looking into cab mounts once Amazon deliveries are somewhat back to normal

Update: Finally got some time to get underneath the truck and check some things out. Cambolts weren't loose , took a look at lca bushings and didn't see any tears. But when I got to the drivers side cab mounts, it didn't look right. Got some pictures below. I'm pretty sure this is the culprit (fingers crossed). I plan on ordering the energy suspension cab mount set to replace them all





On another note while I was under the truck, I did notice that one of the two bars that connect to the frame? The driver side had some oil on the rubber part. I did take my truck to a different place for an oil change a couple months back & when I took a look after they were done ,I saw that they ended up making a mess in there from taking out the oil filter. The bolt was tight when I checked it. Any possibility this could be causing the noise ?

 

i know this is an old thread but did the body mounts end up fixing your problem?

 

Actually never got around to changing the body mounts but I did install Bilstein 6112/5160 and havent heard the noise since (10000kms)
