    Trying to find a place, to put on a lift for my truck in southern california. I have wrote down the quotes i got from diffrent place, but was wondering what places you have herd good things about, or recommend from personal experiences.

    rcd 4.5 in lift. It requires welding and dont have acess to a welder, so kind of out of luck

    And the RCD kit doesnt require welding, just cutting. From what ive read....

    I know there has to be a group of guys down there that can help you out.... shops charge WAAYY too much!

    But try out the "truck shop" in SD.
    Plenty of whale vaginans on here have had nothing but great service from them. :thumbsup:

    In San Diego most of us go to The Truck Shop up in Miramar. They do great work and James over there gives good rates. When you call them ask to speak to James the owner and tell him that Matt and Tri from Tacomaworld reffered you to come see him and he will give you a better price.

    I love getting my hands dirty, but I'm not cutting cross members with the RCD lift :D

    Truck Shop, ORW on Balboa, or do it yourself.

    Create a thread and pick a day, offer beer and food...way cheaper than paying a shop to do it.

    Clarence Brown does good alignments. Some guys like the Firestone alignment deal. ORW does good alignments as well.
