Were they able to get the factory TPMS sensors into the 703's? Thanks in advance.

 

Got the hood wrapped. Got tired of the glare off the hood from oncoming cars and the sun blinding me.

 

I think he's probably there to guard them. Egg prices and all.

Where did you get this? Been wanting to do this for a while but with more coverage...

 

I bought the vinyl wrap (3M) and cutting tape on Amazon and was going to try to do it myself but got spooked I would screw it up. Got a recommendation from a buddy for a guy who does wraps. He had it done for me in about an hour.

 

Modified the armrest/center console lid to make it open a bit further by grinding on some stops on the hinge and cutting the lid a little.

No before pics but I think it used to stop somewhere around here

Stole the idea from kahanabob. He used new hinges to get even more range of motion but I wanted to retain the spring action

 

Broke down and got the Form LED tail lights. Been a while since I added a mod so I was itching for something. A little pricey but looks pretty good.

What knife is that you have in the lid of the console?

 

I had learned to open it with my right hand and grab whatever I needed with my left. It wasn’t until I saw your pic from last night that I realized it was something that was possible and decided it was worth the time and effort.
I was worried what it would look like from the back while closed, but it’s not bad at all. Hardly noticeable. Was also concerned about the material that covers the lid getting sloppy since the part I cut isn’t retained by the inner cover of the lid anymore, so I used double sided gorilla tape above to cut to make sure it doesn’t go anywhere.
Now I can reach in there with my right hand without the lid getting in the way of my elbow.

And link to the thread where kahanabob shows the part of the lid that needs to be cut. I cut through the lid and cover, the width of the hinge, along a line thats already under there. The tip of his screw driver is touching the line, although you can’t really see it in the pic.

45k miles and upper idler started squealing above 2k RPM. i dont like waiting hours in waiting rooms when it takes me 10 minutes to do the job so the gates replacement came in the mail today

 

here are pic's of the hinge inside, a bit mickey mouse buy i have the old hinge and will put it back to stock if i ever trade it in.

 

OEM remote tailgate lock got delivered today so of course I had to install it at the first chance I got. 45 min job and it works beautifully.

 

i put black tap on the hinges to hide the chrome. they were some offset cabinet hinges that i had to re shape
