Just switched from the KD Max tune to the OTT Medium/Spicy. I can already tell the OTT is far more refined. Extremely smooth throttle response. No more odd lower speed shifting. Look forward to seeing the difference in the mountains this weekend!

What were the parameters of the dyno run? Pulley size, stock fuel system? Temperature, tire size.......?

Nice! Fueling was good on the 84mm pulley? Is it maxed out or still have some safety margin? Think it'd be OK with stock exhaust? Granted it'd loose some hp.

We did not experience any leanout during our testing. I'm not seeing any on the street either. However, we're at elevation here, so we have some buffer room over what folks at sea level would have.

We're not ready to release anything for the 84mm to the "masses" at this time. We'll be conducting further testing at lower elevations and higher temperatures proof the systems capabilities.

We have a set. Just not installed at this time.

I do suspect they would be required for a vehicle at sea level. I would probably recommend them for anyone at this power level. We wanted to see see what it would take to make 400whp with as minimal modifications as possible. This was what we found.

We've got a slight bank/bank imbalance but I'm not seeing a need for the fuel rails at this time at 400whp.

Just got off the rollers with a 2015. Stock with a 2.7” (68.6mm) and a fuel pump. 34” tires and 4.88’s. Baseline was factory TRD tune.

Had a wicked clogged Air filter. Picked up 20hp replacing it..

    Hello there.

Anyone know of someone that can do the OTT in the SF bay area, close by, or willing to travel?
No one close on the map unfortunately. :pout:

At this time we don't have anyone in St. Louis proper.

We do have a few guys in adjacent areas that may be planning trips to your location. Give these guys a shout and see what they can do for you.

I know you're an hour north of STL and may be a ways away from Springfield, MO. However, if you find yourself anywhere in southern MO, I’ll be hosting a tune meet in Springfield, MO planned for Saturday morning March 11th as another option for the OTT tune.

OTT vs KD Max back to back gas mileage comparison with the same vehicle. No I am not getting paid to make this post.

Same mostly highway mountain trip in Colorado (Crested Butte to Denver). Incredible improvement of over 3 mpg with the OTT. Not to mention it gets up the 6-7% grades easier.

    2020 TRD OR Auto. 275/70/17 BFG KO2 E Rated.

    KD Max “light”: 16.2 mpg
    OTT “medium/spicy”: 19.4 mpg

Here is the really crazy thing. I NEVER got 19.4 highway when my truck was completely stock! Now lifted, with heavier e rated tires, and the OTT tune, I am getting better highway mileage than I did fully stock.

I'm sure it's dependent on the OTT tune version you went with. Is the tune less aggressive?
