In theory yes, I run a 4.0 BS but have different UCA, tires etc,

That said, if you are just barely touching with a 4.5 a 4.0 will give you about 1/2" of additional clearance off the UCA

I did a body mount relocation, a 3” lift, and minor trimming and was able to fit 315s. Here is info on my tires and wheels.

Here are some pics. I could trim front fender more but that will happen when my new bumper gets here.

Thanks guys, I think I missed the magic mark with the 4.5 bs wheel and need to switch to a 4.0.

Mod list... Well, my paint is factory.
    Vin,
The issue is on full lock turns. The tires can hit the front of the UCA. For me it happened because I had thicker billet uppers. When I changed back to tube uppers, the tires cleared the UCA but then hit the sway bar.

I have the same wheel specs 17x9 with -12 offset. 315/70r/17 Falken Wildpeaks AT3W instead. I have Kings 2.5 with reservoirs with the same Icon Tubular UCA as you. Already dont fender trimming, viper cut, pinch welds, and cab mount relocation. Rubbing pretty bad at the cab mount still. Do you think a realignment will help push the wheel forward more? Did you have any issues with realignment? Guess I'm a little worried since the UCAs arent adjustable, but maybe they can push out the wheels with the LCAs. What do you think?

Les Schwab was able to bring my caster forward. However, before that I didn't rub on the relocated cab mount. Which cab mount relocation kit did you go with? I purchased the DRT kit from R4T website. After work I can pull the alignment specs out to tell you what the caster numbers were.

I had to roll the pinch welds, relocate the cab mount, and get 16x8 wheels w/ 3.52" backspacing w/ -25 mm offset to mount my 315/75/16 Toyo tires and not have it rub against my SPC UCAs or any part of the truck at full-lock, etc...

With all that you should be good with an alignment that pushes your lower ball joints as far forward as possible. Have the alignment shop set your LCA cams fully inboard in front and fully out in the rear, then dial in your toe and you should be set.

Thanks! I have an alignment scheduled Saturday and hope they can take care of it. Hopefully won't have to get new UCAs

I have the C4 cab mount relocation. Sorry, I guess its not rubbing on the cab mount but more like the firewall? I hope an alignment scheduled Saturday will resolve the issue.

Here are the before and after alignment settings. Warns me about out of spec due to caster being brought forward.
