Noise I can not figure out….

Hello all! I am having an issue locating a noise coming from the front passenger side. Under normal conditions the truck runs good with no noise or anything abnormal. I’ve gotten suspension inspected and balance and alignment done to the truck but it didn’t fix the noise. There is a grinding noise that the truck will make ONLY when I have weight in the bed of the truck and ONLY when accelerating from a stop and go. After the truck gets past 10-15 mph it goes away and I don’t hear anything wrong. I can’t seem to nail it down so any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Didn’t think it was the u joint cause I only hear it from the front passenger side but I’ll look into that
