Did you ever get this fixed? I have the same All Pro leafs and the clunk is only coming from the passenger side.

Look at your top rear leaf spring bushings. On aftermarket these are poly and mine disintegrated and caused a big clunk especially able to feel and hear when backing up out of the driveway. The rear lower on mine were stock Toyota and front on my Dakars came with rubber and all fine. Poly OME or energy bushings need to be greased (special poly grease by manufacturer) or as they age bind up and fall apart. They make bolts that allow greasing (have a zerk) but that only gets to the inner bushing bolt area and not the outer bushing to housing/spring shackle. Below shows the bad and then a new OME one (both sides bad). You can DIY with the kit for 2 spring eyes about $40. (1 kit does 2 eyes only so if you do all 3 eyes both sides and pull the rubber out that's 3 kits). Install at a shop for the top rears under $100 but if you do all 3 sets $500-$600 most likely.

My noise is coming from the leaf pack shifting side to side. the wrap that is intended to stop side shifting is not sufficient. but for some reason once I found this out the noise has ceased to happen as much ... idk

Hey OP, did you get this resolved?

My shop replaced the front left strut and performed a complete alignment afterwards, and after that work is when I noticed this clunk noise. It happens when I turn right into a steep driveway, basically when the rear right wheel is offloaded and potentially off the ground that a very loud clunk occurs.

I feel that it has to do with the alignment since it wasn't happening before.

I was thinking I had a loose bed too so I checked all the bed mount bolts, but then I found a 1/8"+ play in my rear tailgate side to side.

This is pictures of tailgate offset, making it easy for top of tailgate to hit bed wall in a twisted left hand turn down into my driveway off the road edge.

Below is demo of tailgate play:

Did you make any adjustments and did the noise go away?

Mine comes from underneath the vehicle. I worked with my shop and they tightened everything up they could think of in the front end after the front left strut replacement and alignment. The noise is still there in full force. Now I'm thinking it could be the right strut that failed.

I'll probably be working with the shop some more to try to pin down this noise. I'll report back when I find the culprit.

Good luck tracking down your noise. Now I haven't made any adjustments yet the noise really only comes into play when I come into my driveway left-handed with a little bit of speed so I just don't do that and I don't hear the noise. I feel pretty certain the tailgate is the culprit in my case.

All, I’ve found my problem. The 6x bed bolts were loose. Re-torqued to spec plus a tiny bit more and this thing is solid as a rock again.

We don’t know the cause of the bolts loosening, but we suspect it could be from driving into my driveway, which is a steep and short hump, daily, putting a load on the bed due to going in at an angle (off-loading a rear wheel, depending on the direction of the turn).

Would you be able to provide more information on the solution of adding a shim and re-torquing? Did this resolve the popping and cracking sound from the bed area when driving at an angle, e.g., off-roading?

I no longer have the truck, and I didn't take any pics, but this thread should answer your question:
