Many of those manual benders can adopt an air over hydraulic jack. They'll easily bend more than what you're needing to bend.

@Wulf knows I've wanted one hence the link she provided, and it looks to be built in a similar fashion to JD Squared's Model 32 or Woodward Fab's setup.

The real money is in the dies a company makes and I hear JD Squared's are the best. Just wish I knew if I could use their dies in a different bender. JD Squared has horrible communication and I put off buying one because they wouldn't answer for 2 days and +7 phone calls and 2 emails.

    What die are you using?

Put in new throttle body after work today. No code so far for the 15 minute idling and rip around town. Still have a misfire at high rpm, was way more subtle and towards end of drive didn’t do it. Plugs n wires next.

here is the 20 year old one that was probably never cleaned by previous owner. I figure I’ll put a new tps on it after a good cleaning and keep as a spare, assuming it was just dirty or it was the tps..

Hey all so what the heck is this lil foam piece for? Is some sort of vibration isolating dealio… it’s one the hose off the pcc valve where it attaches to manifold just behind TB. Is it needed? It barely holds on and will probably come off on its own. IMG_1132.jpgIMG_1134.jpgIMG_1133.jpg

Evolution V2 - Camper (SP X1) Kitchen Storage Cabinet

After a few trips, I felt access to my kitchenware could be a bit easier. Plus, using bins that fit "as best I could make them", I wanted to utilize the space better. So, I decided to build a floating drawer that could remain accessible from the top. Fortunately, with the bed stiffeners, the 1" extrusion was the perfect height for the bottom of the drawer.

I purchased (from TNUTZ) a pair of 10 series, single slot extrusions the length of the cabinet and put some UHVM tape to make sliding easier. The drawer is a simple, single partition space. The plus benefit of this build is I can store items under 1" in the bottom.

Final fitting before installing the drawer face.

Minor sanding fit of original cabinet panel, using the Dometic handle I took off for original, cabinet fitting.

Nice, out of the way storage of my sandwich griller.
