    I have a 2019 Off Road with every option, 6 speed stick and 17,000 miles. All of a sudden my radio keeps going into mute mode and the touch screen freezes. Doesn't seem to matter if its AM, FM, XM of streaming bluetooth. Has anyone had this happen to their trucks or no of a solution to this issue.
    Thanks in advance for any help.

    Have you tried disconnecting the Negative battery cable for a minute to see if that helps with the issue?

    Also, there appears to be a firmware TSB for the head unit.

    Thanks, I did the negative cable and it didn't help. I wasn't aware of an update. I'll have to look it to it.
