I think someone in here said 2012+ have a different way of handling traction control/TPMS.

 

It's possible it may. It's not a for sure thing.

He needs to access a scanner capable of manufacturer specific functions to see what codes are actually being thrown because if it's killing his fun, he needs to be able to see what codes he stored across all modules.

Has anyone else used this belt? I put one on 150,000 miles ago, but was wondering if there's something better out there now-a-days?

Also, I relied on a nice step-by-step tutorial last time but that thread no longer has any photos. Can anyone point me to a tutorial for changing the belt and also changing the oil? I know I used the GM last time...is that still the recommended oil? How about a link to the syringe?

I don't see anything about installing the belt. A routing diagram, which is also inside my hood, but not step-by-step directions like I remember a different thread having. It's been a long 8 years for me, so I can't remember anything at all.

He’s not looking for a routing, just a how to like what to undo and unbolt to get the belt out/off

 

Same as regular serpentine belt removal (check out YouTube for this) but you also have to add removing SC belt pulley bracket if I recall correctly. Do both belts at once.
