Thanks for you input I might play around a little with the air pressure and see what feels and works best for me to. I ended up dropping it down from about 34 to 30 psi and I’ll see the difference in MPG . Can’t really tell a difference in comfort on the streets maybe a little softer. Might be a happy medium though on and off road as far as dirt roads with a tad of washboard lol. Thanks again I appreciate your help and advice:cheers:

Good call. That's what I did. I played around for several months with different tire pressure combos

I don’t have the JBL system in my truck but when I installed the Kicker tweeters I had to solder in the bass blockers myself. Total amateur at soldering but managed to get it done and even wrapped it with heat shrink tubing and then friction tape over that to eliminate any vibrations.

Edit: I’d really like to know what $1k tweeters sound like too. :D

A "testing her patience" Wife; Bilstein 6112 / 5160; Prime XR Plus on all windows; OEM Premium Headlights; OTT; Falken Wildpeaks / TRD SEMA Wheels; BAK Revolver x4s bed cover; alot of small interior stuff
Swapped out my '23 Trail Edition headlights with Toyota OEM TRD Premium (Pro style I think) headlights. Bought the lights from SparksParts for about 750.00 each. And I used a harness by PuppyPunter for 175.00. I provided him the details and he sent me the harness. The dealership was going to charge 3000+ for parts and install. And the parts would take weeks at a minimum to get in. So I just did it myself. Install was kind of a pain the ass, but again I am not super mechanically inclined. And I think there is an extra millimeter gap between the bumper and front quarter panel on both sides, but not sure. It looks like it is perfectly aligned, so not going to bother with it. The lights have a made a world of difference in function and style. Below are before and after pictures.

Nice job. I didn't install the base blockers on the DS18 tweeters although I have done that in other vehicles. Sounds good to me and I was working under the impression/assumption that since they are dedicated tweeters that the (also non-JBL) head unit should be handling that. But who knows? Can't hurt.

Having been to way too many concerts back in the day I don't know that my ears could tell the difference between the DS18s and those $1K ones. o_O

They don’t call it Royal purple for nothing :)
I ran that in my 502rwh supercharged Svt cobra and raced it almost every weekend at the track running 1/4 miles PIR. Really these days though all the top shelf oils all do the job and it’s just a matter what makes you feel good and the color of course ;)

Hey brother, I've got you beat. 2016, bought March '16, just turned 7246 miles last Friday. Like you, don't drive it much, knew I wouldn't when I bought it. Love driving it when I do though!
