I have a copy of the FSM for my Tacoma. But I am having trouble searching it. For instance, I am looking to adjust the throttle cable, it says to refer to section Di-342. it is not a clickable link to another page, nor can I find that specific section. I have spent the better part of an hour going page by page with no luck. Suggestions?
    Maybe a bad copy?

It may not be a searchable PDF, I think there is a way that you can enable this in PDF viewers somehow... But did you try Ctrl + F ? :)

Yes, but the FSM is about 100 individual PDF's. And while all similar info is grouped together, they are still mixed and out of order.

Also finally found DI-342 but that page explains how to use OBDII :frusty:

I am actually working on a solution to this at the moment- I wrote a program to scrape the contents of each page and drop it all into a sqlite database. Then you can search that and pull up any page within the 100+ pdf files with the words you're looking for. That won't help you now though... needs a little improvement before I release it to the public on GitHub...

What will help you, is some understanding of the structure in the FSM. Please read this post here: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...shooting-need-fsm-pages.811516/#post-29108254 that explains the layout in there.

I hate that. Usually I defer to my 4Runner PDF since it is all-encompassing and you can cntl-F the whole thing. Should be available in the link in my signature if you want it.
